Hoenn Region Pixel Cast WIP

The third of my "Pokemon regional pixel casts", this one featuring characters from the Pokemon anime, manga, and Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald games. Some might even pop up in their TCG incarnations!

I really started working on my pixel casts right after R/S came out in Japan, and I absolutely love all of the characters from this season, so as you can see, it's the largest of the five images as of right now. This is another one I have all of the hair pixeled out for on separate images! XD

This is a WIP (work in progress), so as I finish more of the cast, I'll add them to the pic. Base is the Junneko base from Stuff'N'Nonsense, which I make almost all of my dolls on. Once again, scan lines have been applied to help prevent art theft. The quality is much better in the originals.
